BMW 3GT (F34) with M Package

This spring BMW brings us good news via new features and options for new and already well known models and some info was already posted on blog and some is going to be posted.

For example BMW 3GT(F34) will get new six-cylinder diesel engine and also BMW xDrive (bmw’s 4×4 system) will be offered for two additional models.

First interesting and more powerful diesel will be 330d a 3 litre-engine with 258Hp and 560Nm of Torque. This is a straight six-cylinder engine and has an 8-speed steptronic transmission featured as standard.

This model can be ordered with xDrive for an additional grip and easier driving during winter.

Average fuel consumption will not exceed 6 litres per 100 kilometres. Surely this may vary depending on tyre format and fuel quality. For example in my country I am sure the consumption will be higher due to the bad quality of diesel.

Good news does not stop here and another new and even more powerful model is 335d xDrive BMW 3 Gran Turismo is also coming in spring of 2014. This model has 313 Hp and needs just 4.9 seconds for a sprint from 0 to 100Km. Well, I want this one, in black, M package and full options 🙂

The new BMW 335d xDrive Gran Turismo excels through uncompromising supremacy. This model is also equipped with four-wheel drive and features multi-stage turbocharging and Common Rail direct injection with piezo injectors, a technology which helps it to deliver 230 kW/313 hp and achieve a maximum torque of 600 Nm. The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h takes a mere 4.9 seconds. Average fuel consumption is 5.6 to 5.7 litres per 100 kilometres. The CO2 emission level is 148 to 149 grams per kilometre (values per EU test cycle, dependent on the tyre format).

Moreover, as of spring 2014, BMW promises to offer more attractive equipment options for its customers like xenon headlights, adaptive cornering lights, the BMW Head-Up Display, the High-Beam Assistant and Speed Limit Info including No Passing Indicator.

At this moment in my country BMW 3GT 320d xDrive standard costs 34.520Euro, so let’s wait to see the prices for new models with xDrive.
